Daytrip to Yilan – Xinliao Waterfall on LC-A+.

I kind of wish I had picked a film with much stronger contrast to use on the LC-A+ but that’s not to say I don’t love these pictures. It was in the middle of July when we went and painfully hot, but the nearer we were to the waterfall (新寮瀑布), the cooler it got so I guess the light tones of this film do reflect our happy, breezy moods after all.

P.S. I can’t believe we are so close to the end of 2012, December totally flew by!

Daytrip to Yilan – Xinliao Waterfall Trail.

The Xinliao Waterfall (新寮瀑布) wasn’t at its finest when we made the trip to Yilan – summer had just begun and there had been very little rain. I wasn’t really bothered because the trail that leads to the waterfall was my favorite part and more than made up for it. I pretty much went crazy with my cameras in the glorious weather and had so much fun watching Mimi play with water for the first time in her life!

Daytrip to Yilan – Lunch.

Back in July we had our first day off since the opening of my friends’ hostel + cafe and we decided to go on a little road trip to Yilan, a county in Northeastern Taiwan. We got lost for a bit trying to find our way out of Taipei in our rented car and reached just in time for lunch. Mimi was very curious about what we were having, I’m sure you can tell from the last picture.
