A Family of Four.

One of the things I really looked forward to in Malaysia was taking pictures of my uncles’ dogs – a family of four in black and yellow. I’d heard about them for years but never had a chance to visit until we decided to spend a weekend in Malaysia for my grandfather’s birthday. The dogs were so affectionate and so much fun but they wouldn’t sit still for a second so it was terribly hard trying to focus on their adorable faces!

A Neighborhood in Malaysia / Part I.

I have two uncles who live in Johor Bahru, Malaysia so for my grandfather’s 80th birthday, we decided to make a family gathering out of a weekend trip to one of their places. My Uncle Kelvin lives in a rather new neighborhood with cookie-cutter terraced houses but I loved that the air was so free of traffic and everyone has ample space for a front-yard garden. It certainly helped that the sky was wonderfully blue the whole time we were there and the trees a perfect shade of green.
