Xinpu Station (新埔車站) was the one on our itinerary that I had looked forward to the most – it was built in 1922 and famous for being the train station that is closest to the sea. We could hear the waves and smell the ocean as soon as we alighted the train.

  1. My husband and I went hiking one time and came across train tracks. I always loved taking pictures of those kinds of train tracks. The ones that seem remote and deserted :)

    1. It’s bizarre for me to think about stumbling upon deserted train tracks, that seems completely cool and completely impossible to happen where I live, haha!
