This series is so magical, katie! All those colourful and precious details – and those butterflies are so beautiful and delicate! ♥
Thank you, Polly! :) I am always in awe when they appear and stay on my plants for a little while.
gosh these are so beautiful, lovely shots love! x
Aw, thank you, Rhianne! I’m really glad you enjoy them!
I especially love the first photo of the butterfly- so soft… beautiful capture of a fleeting moment.
Thanks so much, Mindy, I am glad I was there to take the photograph. :)
The butterflies I meet are always in such a hurry. Never manages to grab the camera on time, haha.
I hope one stops for you in the near future, Margrethe! :)
I never was able to capture a picture of a butterfly, they all fly away so quickly!
this is beautiful <3
Not sure if you have planted flowers (other than your beautiful cacti and succulents) but if you do they are bound to come and stay! :D
My parents have a huge garden but as soon as i come close to the flowers they ran away :´)
I think the butterflies on my plants are greedy butterflies, greedy for the honey in flowers! :)
your work is so absolutely incredible.
Oh, thank you so much! ♥♥♥
Really wonderful images! I love using my Pentax K1000, too!
Thank you so much, Vanessa! I checked out your blog – lovely film pictures of a city I wish I could visit! :)
The first picture is so so pretty. The flower and the butterfly looks so delicate and nice,
i’m a little afraid of butterflies though:)
I was actually very afraid of butterflies (insects in general) when I was younger… I just became braver I guess! Maybe one day you will too. :)
Katie, I felt something magically exciting when I saw these photos. they’re awesome! continue with the good work! cheers
Thank you, Diogo, I feel the same way about your photographs. :)
