    1. Yea, it is but it’s only popular with places of European influences. Funny thing is that it’s actually from Asia :)

Thank you about the fisherman picture, I think he turned around right after I fired that noisy shutter, haha!

      1. 真的吗?I didn’t believe anything that would survive in the wild here could be from Asia (unless you are referring to Russia…). They grow in abundance in my mum’s garden, which equals lot’s of freshly made pie for me!

Haha. That is one of my biggest issues to get over, taking photos of people I don’t know. I often would like to, but never get to the point where I press the button…

        1. I believe they were (probably still are) used abundantly in Chinese medicine. :)

Taking photos of strangers certainly takes practice and thicker skin, haha!

  1. so which ones have you tried? I think pies are wonderful creations too! You can have them as meals, AND THEN for desserts again later. :p

    missing you!

    1. Haha, how true – now I crave one for dessert! We’ve tried kiwi, coffee, yam, lemon, chocolate banana, pumpkin, mushroom, curry chicken, potato. THAT’S A LOT.

  2. I’m with Ade–which ones have you tried? They look so tasty. I have a big sweet tooth, so I’m always welcome to trying some pie. My favorite is probably cherry, though rhubarb and strawberry rhubarb are pretty popular around here.
