Daytrip to Yilan – Xinliao Waterfall on LC-A+.

I kind of wish I had picked a film with much stronger contrast to use on the LC-A+ but that’s not to say I don’t love these pictures. It was in the middle of July when we went and painfully hot, but the nearer we were to the waterfall (新寮瀑布), the cooler it got so I guess the light tones of this film do reflect our happy, breezy moods after all.

P.S. I can’t believe we are so close to the end of 2012, December totally flew by!

        1. I believe there are certain DSLRs in the market that have the double exposure function but it is easier to do it in Photoshop. Google should be able to provide lots of tutorials for it. :)

  1. Katie, I’m so glad I was able to stop by and catch up on all my blogs! It’s been so busy! I hope that you enjoyed Christmas! Your tree looks quite festive, and your little dog looks like she enjoyed it as well. She even looks like she really enjoyed the trip here in these photos! And thank you for posting those collections of your friends and cafes! Should I expect more collections? I didn’t realize how many cafes you really did shoot at. Wow. What a nice way to remember all of them. I’m so glad you are able to have so many photos of your friends to reflect on. That’s something I need to work on; taking photos of more people. “Populate them,” as Rhianne says.

    1. Hey Dawn, thanks for taking the time! :) I did have a great time, I hope your holiday was more joyful than you expected (I read about your relatives in hospital, my best thoughts go out to you and your family).

And yes, Rhianne has put it very nicely, populating is very appropriate! :) There are a few more collages coming, I’ve taken so many photographs this year it was nice to have a way to look at them all together again.
