Mug Cake.

I’ve never (ever!) baked before but had my heart set on making a mug cake ever since I saw this post by Victoria of aprons and birds. To say that this recipe is easy-peasy is a complete understatement but that’s the level of food making I’ll attempt simply because it’s so darn quick. I’ve made the mug cake twice now and although it’s gorgeous to eat warm and soft, I love it even more left overnight in the fridge.

  1. Looks nice! It reminds me of my chocolate cake I made the other week :3 I bake a lot, but nothing from scratch, all out of the package. I do make a great strawberry mud cake :3 And my spice cake with mixed nuts is very nice too! :]

        1. I know, right?! I never knew you could make a cake with the microwave until I saw the recipe. That just completely sealed the deal for me – so convenient! I’m not on Blogger but I’ll definitely check out your blog. :)
