Tadpole Point Café / 尖蚪.

Tadpole Point (尖蚪) is a quaint, vintage-style cafe located in Treasure Hill (寶藏巖), an old community restored as an artist village in 2010. More pictures of Treasure Hill will follow soon but I’m really excited to share this first set of pictures I took on the Lomography Redscale XR, a film that I’ve truly fallen in love with.

I must admit that I was never a fan of redscale – I’m all about colors when it comes to photography. However, I was really intrigued by the fact that this particular redscale film has been modified to exude blue/green tones with slower speeds. I adore how gentle this film is with the redscale effects that I often think too dramatic in others and also how the blue tones take over when you let enough light in.
