Zenit TTL.

I was so excited to see how my test roll on the Zenit TTL would turn out and I must say I’m really looking forward to using it a whole lot more. I’m on my third roll as we speak and there are just so many things I love about it – the ridiculously swirly bokeh, the super light tones when shot wide open (a dream when worked with Solaris and Fujifilm negative films) and really cool 58mm lens. I’ll share photos of the camera itself tomorrow!

  1. Great photos, love the Periwinkle & yes I love swirly bokeh in general. :)
Your fifth photo has me dreaming of getting my own succulents.
What is the maximum aperture of the lens? I’m getting a Canon FD f1.4 soon that I’m very excited about.

    1. I’m on the lookout for succulents as well – we need more indoors! It’s an f/2 lens but does overexposure so much better than my f/1.7 and f/1.8! I’ve never used a f/1.4 before – can’t wait to see your photos with it!

  2. Hey! I’ve got a Zenit TTL too. But the lightmeter on mine sucks.. gives erratic readings.. Wanted to know if same is the case with you? Thank you!

    1. Thank you for writing! I use my Zenit TTL manually so I’ve never actually tested if the light meter works correctly, sorry I can’t be of any help. :)
