New Territories in 2012.

I began learning with the granny square (and only the granny square for a long, long time) but in 2011, I fell hard for crocheting. There is something magical in carrying a suitcase full of yarn and being able to make something out of your hands wherever you are. I was so inspired that I had to launch my latest collection for The Heyday Shop not in my usual fabric fashion but in crochet goodness. I also have some humble plans for a new Etsy shop out of hobby – crocheted garlands, scarves and baby blankets – I can’t wait to work on it when Chinese Lunar New Year is over.

Speaking of Chinese New Year, I’ll be emulating the popular August Break and posting photography posts over a two-week period until the end of January. Have a great week ahead and happy Chinese New Year!
